Monthly Installments:

Company Dancers

$50 monthly/$500 Annually + competition and costume costs

Payment options:

• A card payment on file is required for all dancers in your online portal.

• Pay the entire season in full OR choose monthly installments.

• Classes must be paid for before the student can attend.

  *Prorated tuition: If you enroll mid-season, your tuition will be prorated based on your start date however we will not pro-rate for missed sessions.

Monthly Payments:

Due: Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month

Late Fee: A $10 late fee will be added to the bill weekly if payment is made after the 5th of the month. If payment is not made within two weeks of incurring late fees, the amount owed will be charged to the card on file.

This includes declined charges for cards on file for any reason. If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours.

Accepted Payment Methods

We highly recommend signing up for automatic payments through your portal for a seamless and hassle-free experience.

**Please note that while we accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Paypal, there will be a $5 administrative cost per transaction. This cost is necessary as manual management of your account registration and payments is required.

Receipt of Payment

You will receive a receipt of payment each month after the auto draft. You will not receive a billing statement or invoice prior to any charges.

Withdrawal Policy:

If you need to withdraw from NFuse Dance & Fitness, a 30-day written notice via email is required. Please email nfusedance@gmail.com to withdraw from the 2024-2025 season.

For Monthly Installments: After the 30-day notice, your registration will be terminated.

For Pay-in-full tuition: we offer pro-rated refunds minus 20% of pro-rated amount unless you have a documented medical reason or show proof of relocation out of area.

Missed Classes

If a class is canceled for any reason, students will be able to make up the missed class in a similar class.

If the physical location is mandated to close due to a government order, classes will convert to virtual classes and instruction will continue.

No discount or refund will be given for missed classes.

No make-ups for classes missed when the studio is officially closed for holidays, etc.

All classes missed due to inclement weather can be made up at your convenience using our existing class schedule.
