Enrollment Information

Thank you for considering NFuse Dance & Fitness for your child's dance journey! We strive to provide a seamless and efficient enrollment process. Before you take the next step and enroll your child in our classes, we want to ensure that you have all the necessary information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following details:

 

1. Registration Process

Our registration process is designed to be quick and hassle-free. You may enroll online through our user-friendly website or visit the studio during office hours for in-person registration.

2. Class Selection

We offer a diverse range of classes and activities to fit your child's interests and schedule. Please review our class schedule and descriptions to make the best decision for your dancer.

3. Customer Portal

Families have access to a convenient customer portal. Through the portal, you can:

  • Manage and make payments

  • Register for classes

  • Keep your contact and account information up to date

4. Payment Policy

  • All tuition and membership fees are due on or before the 8th of each month.

  • Any payments not received by the 8th will incur a $20 late fee per week until the balance is paid in full.

  • After three weeks past due, dancers may be suspended from classes, rehearsals, or performances until the account is current.

  • Costumes, competition entries, and performance participation will not be secured for accounts with outstanding balances.

  • A $35 fee applies to all returned or declined auto-payments.

  • NFuse Dance & Fitness reserves the right to discontinue enrollment for accounts not kept in good standing.

5. Confirmation and Information

Once enrollment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with class schedules, studio policies, and other important details.

 

Additional Information

Capturing Beautiful Moments: With your permission, we may use your child's photograph or video for promotional purposes, social media, and our website. Your child's privacy and safety are always our top priority, and we handle all media content responsibly and respectfully.

Safety and Liability: While we maintain a safe environment, it's important to acknowledge that dance involves physical activity, and injuries can occur. By enrolling your child, you accept responsibility for any injuries they may sustain. We recommend that all students have their own family insurance coverage as NFuse Dance & Fitness does not provide medical insurance.
